Cooking Rice

 

1. Wash and rinse rice, until water is clear.

2. Place 1 cup of rice and 2 cups of water in saucepan with a dash of salt.

3. Bring to a boil, then turn heat to low and cover the pan with a tight lid.

4. Cook on the lowest heat possible for 10-15 minutes without uncovering the pan.
